So far I made two orders to flipkart, one culminated with a little disappointment but another left me too disappointed with its services.
Later, I realized, actually what I ordered was not my " need", it was my middle class greed, for that I got carried away.
Now, as this is Diwali time I am feeling its right time to share experience with flipcart.
My one order was steel water bottle, it was looking good in picture and it was not declared that cap is made up of plastic, let me correct, poor quality plastic.
Thus, none but myself to be blamed for ordering such poor quality stuff.It was more foolish of me as it was not my need.
Stupidity continues:
The second order, it was a kid’s watch, it was having lots of scratches, one button out of two was missing.I complained, they offered replacement and as my stupidity was on its peak hence I agreed.
But, the next piece was broken .
Later, I got refund, though, but it was very bad experience in view of son’s unhappiness, managing someone available at home to receive, then return, then return.
Futile.
You may say it was my fault to select WRONG products, but see friends, there are WRONG PRODUCTS TO CHOOSE FROM.
Just ask a little question to yourself, " do you really need this".?
