Flipkart Fools in the name of Product Quality

Hey guys, please don’t by any items(especially electronics) from FlipKart because if the product is defective, they will not take it back. Their 7 day guaranteed return policy is just a gimmick.


If you ask to return your defective product, they will send a representative(from a 3rd party vendor) who will only argue with you just to show that the defect is part of the product& the return is upto the seller. He will write in his report that customer is not happy with the product just to show you that he is considering your request and in return the selller will reject your request.


In short they force you to buy a defective piece.


I bought this Samsung Galaxy On7 whose touchscreen was defective. I asked for a return but after a lot of argument and my time loss they declined.


Prefer Amazon/Snapdeal. They are much better especially Amazon.
