I have ordered Moto-G from Flipkart.com, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery of the product.

I called flipkart twice. When the first time I have called to flipkart they never told me that they are not able to locate my address, although around one month back they have delivered a Moto-E to me on the same address since I paid them Rs. 90 for one day delivery.

Today I called again, they told me that they are not able to locate my address, and this problem they already know on 12th July as per my last communication with there executive Nisha, but they never bothered for telling me that they are not able to locate my address, so today there created another case id and they are telling me that it will be delivered to me by 18th July, although as per the tracking details from Flipkart Logistics the product has reached Delhi on 12th July only.

Also I am enclosing the attachment as a proof that the flipkart is delaying the product, just because I have not paid them extra Rs. 90 for one day delivery, also its prepaid order and even then these guys are not willing to deliver the same.
Guys you can never become as big like amazon.com as you can never be, if you cannot satisfy your customers you will be out of the market very soon. You already have a big drawback that your price are already very high as compared to other websites in India, atleast try to learn something from latest latest merger with Mynta.com, atleast they are much better than your team in terms of services, support and delivery.
Hope this reviews helps buyer in taking the decision of buying from flipkart or not.
