Flipkart has just lost it what it used to be, there processes are now just breaking down due to high volumes!
I placed my order (OD21118132306) on 18th November, I received an open packet that I refused to take it. It’s 18th December today and I’m still fighting to get my Refund.
I’ve multiple written confirmations (other than 6-7 verbal ones) but nothing has moved! Even they offered a compensation of 500 bucks, but I’m struggling for last 15 days to even get that! Highly frustrated with their services!
