-I placed an order of books vide order no.OD30713044172 on 13th July ’13 for cash on delivery basis. The books were shipped on 14th and reached Ahmedabad on 15th.
-Instead of delivering them to me they were sent to Kolhapur of all places.
-I rang them to find out status on 22nd and was surprised and annoyed that the books had gone back to them.
-I asked them to ship them once again but Flipkart refused first with an excuse that my premises pose a problem for the courier to visit. I told them that the couriers are bluffing, they have delivered books of my other order with them.
-The floor supervisor was adamant that I should place a fresh order and they will not accept Cash on Delivery basis but it will have to be prepaid.
-The floor supervisor was non cooperative and refused to put me to some one higher up to whom I can complain.
-Flipkart’s website does not have an email address. I had to request him to give me the address.
-It has been a very disappointing experience with Flipkart and I would think twice before placing any order with them...
