I was waiting for my refund to be done for netis router, the refund was 2 days late, your pickup date for the same was on 14th May and your flipkart guy came yesterday on 16th May 9 pm, after so many calls he came to pick up the product. Now when my money is refunded your stock has gone from WS retail, I don’t know, I want the product from WS retail.
It’s your fault for late pickup and refund, now I am suffering because of you people now, arrange for the product from WS retail, when I was supposed to buy, because of your carelessness, my money was not refunded, when refunded, the product has gone out of stock from WS retail.
Even your executive told that sometimes this happens and he will provide me the product on special request (totally bullsh*t) and next morning when I called Flipkart executive told, he is a new employe, so sorry, now what will I do with their freakin’ sorry?
My money is in Flipkart wallet, and can be used only for purchases from WS retail. Horrible experience shopping on Flipkart, this is my last transaction with Flipkart. I will never purchase or encourage anyone to purchase from your website. Make your services proper and on time.
