I bought one laptop from flipkart and after delivery, found that it is faulty but wanted to replace it. Although they acknowledge that there is issue with the product, they are not willing to replace it. I had a horrible time chasing them and still they are no replacing it.
I would rather suggest to go for amazon.in instead for online shopping, since one of my friend recently replaced one of the items he bought hassle free.

"When I boot up the laptop I received, every time there is a bright right colored horizontal line. Also, a band of dark grey is visible if carefully watched while shutting it down. I raised the issue immediately after receiving the product with the 24X7 number and they provided me with ticket number 140707043224. I followed up today as well but as per online person, I need to wait for 24 hours. The ticked was raised yesterday 6:50 PM.
Kindly look into this and get me the replacement asap.

7:48 PM 08-Jul-14 -> called customer care; said he has arranged a call back from techinical team and I should get a call back by 9 PM tonight.
9:15 PM 08-Jul-14 -> called customer care again. She told me that although the request for call was there, the team left for the day and could not call.
She arranged for another call tomorrow morning 9:30 am.
5:23 PM 09-Jul-14 -> Usman from customer care picked. He said he is arranging call within half an hour.
8:41 PM 09-Jul-14 -> called again and customer care executive said that since she couldnt arrange anyone from the concerned department for call back so she is scheduling it tomorrow.
4:03 PM 10-Jul-14 -> called again and executive told me that she is going to arrange a call back by 8pm in the evening.
8:01 PM 10-Jul-14 -> called again and customer executive confirmed a call back by tomorrow morning.
12:02 PM 11-Jul-14 -> got a call from flipkart and they told me that the problem is with either BIOS or OS of the laptop and they will send an engineer
for checking it and will replace after checking.
21:03 PM 11-Jul-14 -> got a mail that the return request has been rejected.
3:33 PM 11-Jul-14 -> called twice. First time the support executive just hang up the phone after listening to problem. I was requesting her to simply process the return of the laptop since there
is a confirmed problem with the laptop either hardware or software
During the second call, I asked him to start the replacement but he only promised that he will be arranging a call back within one hour.
