My fiancee ordered a Lehnga online. The quality was specified amazing on the website. The offer was okay, we ordered it. It took ages to deliver the product considering other online shopping portals. Somehow got the product, quality was worst.
We filed a return and it was returned within 2 days. Though, the product was returned and I got my money back but still it was a huge inconvenience. It’s online shopping, this is the place where we relay on words. We can’t feel the fabric or other specs over the website.
So, at least mention the correct information. We order the products some time for any special event and we have a lots of exceptions with that and after waiting for 5-6 days if received product is not what we thought, it’s kind of upsetting.
