I bought so many products from this online store In almost all segments electronic segment products are very good, Clothing segment products are very poor, footware products can try but these also not upto the quality available in market. I never purchased from baby and kids segment so I wont comment on it. Remaining segments products are as good as other online stores .

We can understand they offers such type of replacement policy to reduce the misuse of refund option by some fraudrants . some times it is ok but some times this replacement policy irritates the customer because once they receive a product not working good they loss almost 80% of belief on that product, if they receive replaced product also working like that they loss complete goodwill on that product but then also flipkart people try to convince buyers by replacement only. Hope flipkart team will improve this replacement and refund feature further
