Flipkart is the leader though losing market share and still way behind from customer satisfaction/retention/Loyalty/Delight and where as Amazon closly working on increasing Net Promoters Score(NPS-which shows the willingness of customers to recommend a companies product or services to others)but Flipkart probably working only on deeply just sale n forget formula.With this way they are competing with big bulls like Alibaba/Amazon.Let’s see how far can sustain with foreign funding.
