This is very bad service.Last week I bought a new samsung galaxy J7 prime from flipkart and finally got dissapointed.It takes a long time to deliver the product placed order by me.I got my mobile phone after one day late.The mobile phone also was damage.So finally I returned this and got another one. When I got another one that didn’t take charging from the box opened. I called to flipkart they suggested me to go to mi cutomercar. When I called to mi customercare they told me that flipkart have to change it. But flipkart properly refused that he will not replace it. Go to customercare. And that is why I am completely dissatisfied with flipkart.
