Flipkart is India’s biggest online shopping e-commerse website, but the services if the flipkart are not very good as compare to other online shopping websites.
Some if the drawbacks of flipkart: -
Price of product: -
The product price are also littlebit high, it like if a product which you are buying are 50-60 Rs more than the other website without delivery charges and you can buy the same product with 50-60 rs less and with delivery charges.
Delivery is late: -
The delivery of the products of the flipkart are very slow, flipkart provide product in almost in a week where as other website like Amazon provide product in 1or 2 days so you can see the difference. I have been waited for my product from almost 1week and after that I orderd same product from amazon I get 1-day delivery.
Payment problem: - flipkart not provide card payment on cash on delivery, so you have to pay cash. Where as amazon provide card payment at COD
Replacement and return: - flipkart policy of replacement and return is very bad they say 10 days easy return and replacement but thats not true. I saying this because of my experience from flipkart.
Money retrurn is not trustfull: - flipkart doesn’t provide easy return of money, I didn’t get my 700/- rs back from the flipkart and when ever I call them they always say that we returned your amount, but thats not true I didn’t get any money.
This are some of the draw back of tge flipkart their are many more.
From my point of view and my experience from filpkart I woudn’t recommend flipkart.
