I am Gulshan Kaushik. Unfortunately I have placed an order from flipkart.com For last 2 days I am getting SMS but no one has turned up. My Order tracking ID isDX23678700, Yesterday No one came to me I received a call at around 7.00 pm and the guy told me the credit card swiping Machine’s Battery is not working and late evening I received one sms that due to unavailability of yours we couldn’t deliver your product.
Now Today morning when I called on the same no. the person told me that the today again the swiping Machine is not available and either I have to pay cash or my product will not be delivered today.
Pathetic way. No commitments kept.
