Never Buy from Flipkart
Recently I experienced the worst service by this company. I placed an order for a sports shoe( Lancer Walking Shoes) from Flipkart to here in Hyderabad. they took my order and also dispatched the item. Their estimated time for delivery was about 10 to 15 days while other online store delivers in Hyderabad within 5 days. But I waited for the product to deliver. I placed my order at 4th feb and 14th feb I got a massage saying "Delivery unsuccessful. We attempted delivery for your order but were unable to locate the address mentioned in your order. We will call you before we attempt delivery again." But they never called me.
What the **!. I called them to solve my issue and they promised me to do so but nothing happened after waiting for another two days. I am really shocked by this type of service provided by flipkart.
Finally I placed the same order from Snapdeal with same address and they delivered the item within 5 days. Thank u Snapdeal.
