Hii guys, this is sourav and I am going to share you about my experience with Flipkart.I used to be a loyal customer of Flipkart till 25 march 2016. But below incident that happened with me changed my preference.I wanted to order a Philips steam iron.
So I straight away logged in Flipkart and checked the price that was about 1950 but I also checked the price at Amazon and that was 2100 something. I ordered it through Flipkart and it was supposed to be delivered within 3-4 business days. On the estimated day, I called Flipkart to check the status, they said it is in transit and revised the timeline by additional 4 days and this kept on happening for 25 days. I didnt cancel the order because I really needed that. It was a month since I ordered the product. I lost my cool and called up customer care, the lady at the other end told me If you have an issue then cancel the order . I tried explaining that I didnt want to cancel and just wanted my product to be delivered but she was in no mood of helping and not at all apologetic. Needless to say, I canceled the product and ordered through Amazon and I received the delivery before time.Thanks for your valuable time !
