You people have got into a pathetic mode of service. When i give you a call at 4 pm on 7th asking for the delivery you people tell me that the deadline is 6 it will definitely be done. At 6.30 pm on 7th when i call back you people you tell me a different story that i was not at the place or delivery wtf! I expected someone to call and inform me about it no one did and waited for my call to get back to you, on the first call i was put for a feedback but on the second call the executive did not put me on a feedback IVR.
He knows what my feedback is going to be. We end the call, he says you can cancel the order. And i was not able to call back. Pratheek answers my call again asked him why he did not tell me i could not cancel the order he says he thought i would, super support mind blowing, i chose you over snapdeal for a reason as you were better but now you worse than them.
They gave me a call informing me on the delay before a day. You were best in online now you are getting worst. I had to gift this watch to someone and when you give me the product after that the purpose will then be over.
You people want Rs. 90 for 24 hours deliver or you don’t treat your customers well delay orders. Please make it mandatory asking every one to pay more and get a better service.
