This is my personal experience with Flipkart.com, which made my view of Flipkart a worst shopping site.
I had purchased a phone during big billion day of Flipkart.
Cons: Delay in delivery of product. Refund process is not good.
The phone was delivered to me after 20 days from the date of placing the order. After opening the package I found that the mobile box was not sealed and the mobile screen was damaged .Then I reported this issue to customer support team of Flipkart and they assured me to replace the product.
And it took them 10 days to replace the product .
This was really unprofessional from Flipkart and it made me upset.
I would advise Flipkart to improve their service
