Poor Customer service- Fails in update

So I ordered one product and supposed to receive it on 10th July and when I called you guys said that they are SORRY I will receive on or before 14th july and just now on 13th july you guys called me and saying that place a new order.


First work on your internal issues after that try solving the issues of customers. If you can’t deliver an item in time what can we expect. This time I promised to gift the item to my grandmother this saturday but today is thursday and I receieve a call to put a new order.
