I have ordered jbl tempo head phones in Flipkart they have shipped it within 3 days from was retailer which is Flipkart own it and now the problem is I have received a damaged product and that too it is a fake actually JBL has very good in head phones.
For who like bass and clear sound now I am facing issues it does not even have sound standers of cheep 200 head set with a fake name.
i have right away called them and said that I have received a fake product and need to be replaced then they try to convince that the product is blah blah so I asked for replacement then they are taking sooooo long they say they will call in the same day and do the procedure waste of time nothing happens they fail in calling you and they act very irresponsibly.
So guys don’t get cheated with these money making idiots go to reputed shop and buy it its my personal experience and don’t waste time calling them.
