I have been using Flipkart for a long time, and my overall experience has been average, with both good and bad points.
On the positive side, Flipkart offers attractive prices and frequent sales, especially on electronics, mobiles, and home appliances. Many times, I found products cheaper compared to offline stores. The app is user-friendly, ordering is easy, and payment options like UPI, cards, and COD work smoothly.
However, Flipkarts delivery service is not reliable. In my recent order, the delivery was delayed even after the promised date, and the tracking status kept changing without proper explanation. This creates frustration, especially when the product is urgently needed.
Customer support is another weak area. Most of the time, responses are automated, and it is difficult to connect with a real support executive. Issues like delayed delivery or refund take longer than expected to resolve.
Product quality also depends heavily on the seller. Some sellers provide genuine products, but a few deliver low-quality or repackaged items that do not fully match the description. Although return and replacement options are available, the process can be slow.
Overall, Flipkart is good for discounts and variety, but improvement is needed in delivery commitment, seller quality control, and customer support. I would recommend Flipkart only if buyers carefully check seller ratings and product reviews before ordering.
