I had order a vegitable slicer worth RS 499 /- At the first go they sent a defective piece, post return, they delivered me the the same defected piece . I have been following up with them to pick up the defected piece and refund my money.
some crazy EKART people comes, insults me and go back that they cannot pick up the item as they are not instructed by
FLIPKART and FLIPKART told that they have already instructed EKART to pick up the product . this lack of coordination or lack coutomer service! In such a competitive work where coustomer is GOD and FLIPKART is least bothered.
they are only concerned about selling their filthy products . its been a full of week of mental HARASSMENT .
