Its a cheap and completely unproffesional app. I ordered a mobile cover for mt samsung note and what they delivered did not fit my phine. the cover obviously read the specification as for samsung note still it did not fit. so this is the kind of customer experience they render. over that the customer care team is also non efficient and under trained to handle complains and deal with the customers so as they dint feel cheated. the person I spoke to, just raised hands saying that how wud we know if the dealer delivers a faulty piece to you. we need to get in touch eoth the dealer and then will let you know what we can do. so the cudtomer is at lost and flipcart is meant for what I dint know. id rather buy things from a shopkeeper. atleast I can fight and get things exchanged or even cash.
