I have ordered an external hard disk from flip kart and my account is debited with the amount. But their payment department didn’t get the money it seems. After waiting for 2 weeks I just called them and they forwarded the request to their payment dept. At that time they understood that there is a problem with the their payment gateway and they told me that they will put the money back in my a/c within 10 working days. Now it is passed almost 20 working days and I didn’t get the money yet.
The customer service is always giving wrong info to me when ever I am calling them. As a nutshell I will not recommend flipkart.com to any one. May be if the things are happening properly it is ok. But when there is a problem you are screwed completely. I have made more than 20 calls to the Customer service and they always tell me that they will get back to me. But they never gets back to me.
