I recently bought Gift voucher from Flipkart for someone who did not used it hence I thought of using it myself to my surprise when I tried using it any product it prompted me that I can use this only with WS retail products while GV did not say anywhere. Customer support lies and does not listen they have no justification.
I strongly suggest stop buying from Flipkart.
