Flipkart may be the home grown online shopping mart, but, their website is not optimized. I hardly use their mobile app, worst in it’s kind, it would crash every now and then. Regarding the customer service, I need not explain, shoppers would have already known, worse. They should concentrate in those 2 areas, otherwise, they’re OK but better counterparts are available in the market.
