I have disgusting experience with Flipkart.com. Feeling cheated. Placed order for a new mobile Nokia C2-03(White) which is readily available in the market. I’hv Placed the order on 22nd morning and it was promised to be delivered within 4 business days. After not getting any details of dispatching I have called up the customer care on 25th evening and the reply I got from their Customer care executive Mr. krishna is "currently item is out of stock, we will try to inform you on 27th, whether we can Procure or not and then only we can proceed."
Flipkart is playing with customer emotions and time. Bad Service. Below are the details of my order:-
