This was my first order with Flipkart and faced a worst experience.
It is one of worst website to place an order and the executives are horrible to talk to. They will play with emotions of their customers. They don’t understand any pain points of customer.
I ordered(Order no: OD30826064032) for a shipment with 11 products with COD option. I received only 10. I ordered the shipment for a birthday which is tomorrow. So, I asked them to leave the 10 with me and will pay for 10. They said I have to pay for 11 though they deliver only 10. I talked to their customer care executive at length but he was very rude and not able to understand the emotions of a parents at all.
These websites say they are big in the country but they are worst in service. Thanks for spoiling the occasion.
