I ordered Corsair Value Select DDR4 8GB RAM value Rs 5, 330 and instead I received a wifi extender worth Rs 400.
When I try to return, the VRS keeps saying RAM is non-returnable. WHen did I get RAM in the first place?
Talked to a Customer Rep, two weeks ago. Still waiting for the wifi extender to be picked up and the money refunded.
I heard a lot of bad reviews abt Flipkart, but I tried one time. The reviews proved right.
Still no action taken. They are big cheats. never buy anything from flipkart.
The customer representative called again. She says RAM is non-returnable.
What RAM is she talking about. Can’t they read English also?
THey have the cheek to call you even without reading and understanding you complaint.
