Hi I have ordered a product on dec 24 and I got product on Jan 4th. When I checked the product the quality was bad so I requested for return.
Till 15 th jan it was showing return accepted and will be picked up.
Suddenly they have changed to delivered succesfully . . . when I called customer care they are saying return request cancelled automatically and that guy said product will be picked up within 2 days.
But no one came to pickup product . . . from jan 4th to jan 22nd ( till date) I have called customer care around 10 times . . every body will say within 2 days they will pick up and refund will be credited . . refer attached image for details
My suggession is buy only small items like data cable, mobile charger, mobiles. .etc. Return policy is good for small items in flipkart. . . . . when you are buying big products go with amazon or paytm they are giving good product for good price and return policy is too good. .
