I had odredered a bose headphones which ws not upto my specifications when I placed a replacement order( actually I wanted to place a refund order but this was not available on their drop down menu) and after a call to flipkart the employee shabir tricked me in cancelling my replacement order by saying call back tomorro and we will take the refund order when I called the next day they completely refused to take the refund order and told me that I had no option but to keep the hadphone or else send them an email.which wheni checked back on flipkart that option too had gone due to number of days elaasped
