I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart for years, and ordered plenty of stuff without blinking an eye, confident that Flipkart could do no wrong. Never had a reason to complain, until now.
In July, I ordered a pair of shoes. They were shipped quickly, but needed a return as they turned out to be a poor fit. The cash was refunded to my e-wallet. I then ordered a piece of clothing, and surprise! Even with the right receipt and quick delivery, I received the wrong item! I told them to arrange a pickup immediately and the money was again refunded into my e-wallet.
This time, I was pretty wary of ordering again, but I had to use the cash in my wallet so I ordered a coupla items. Thankfully, they were ok.
After the initial shock at the shoddy service wore off, I read that Flipkart was no longer the retailer I trusted but a sellout, a platform where other retailers like WS Retail were minting money, all without a clue or a warning to their customers. What a joke. Once glance at their reviews is all it takes to see that WS Retail is infamously screwing up plenty of orders. What a rude awakening. No more blindly trusting even the best of companies.
Im not inclined to order from them again, unless its a book Im unable to procure anywhere else.
