I bought a very few things from flipkart as they don’t deliver most of the products to my pincode. But the things I’ve odered came to me before the expected date carefully packed and in one piece. Flipkart takes good care of the products they sent to you and ensures a good quality packing.
They focus on the satisfaction of the customer. You can sent back the products if you don’t like it within 10 days ( may vary for different products) and you’ll get the refund. Above all they provide good customer service. The only thing I am disappointed about the site is that they don’t deliver most of their products to my place.
