I am a regular buyer of Flipkart and recently I started facing problems from Flipkart. I dont know who is to blame- Flipkart, Sellers or the Delivery boy.
Let me explain, a few items which I placed order gets canceled in the mid way and I am notified in my Flipkart account that my cancellation has been approved. But I have never cancelled any product and I am very much surprised to learnt that my placed order has been successfully cancelled.
I faced one more interesting issue, I placed an order for Nokia 5 and it was delivered to me successfully and I accepted my product but later I am notified in my flipkart account that my Nokia 5 cancellation has been successfully accepted. I made contact with the customer care, they replied we are sorry that the product in your order was delivered inspite of its cancellation. So what does it mean? I did not made any cancellation of the product and it was delivered to me successfully. I wonder who is to blame.
My last complaint is about the delivery boy who is suppose to deliver the product at my home but not. He came to town ( Pin Code-785692) and stay in a shop( maybe his friends shop) and make calls to all customers to come there and collect their products. I think this is not fare and he is doing this to all his customers.
