On time delivery. Good customer support(I hardly got change to experience it but once I’ve e-mailed and response was quick). This is trusted company in my view.Great Service, Good and prompt delivery and easy return process. Quick pickup in case of return and superb refund mechanism.
The only down side is the behavior of the customer care agents. They think themselves as Company heads.My latest experience shopping with flip-kart. I had purchase many products from flip-kart and all were satisfying.
Last I purchased an Fox Riding jacket cloth for my me and it reach to me before the delivery date as usual the delivery service of flip-kart is good.
The product quality was so good but it was so long and I wanted to have in another size but my bad luck that product was available in free size only. I was shock by this super fast service specially in case of returning the product.I can now use flip-kart without fear of returning.
