Pathetic Customer Service- Damaged Fridge

Have been trying to return a Damaged fridge for 10 days now . The fridge was delivered on 22nd Dec with Damage. No option to return via the online portal. Logged a ticket with customer service. Closed it twice without any resolution. I am now left without a fridge for 10 days with my elderly parents @ home . Horrendous experience. The customer service team just follows a script and does not relate to customer s needs & situations. Incident ID IN22122716184724951382
