I am coming second time on mouthshut to review flipkart again. This time I am here for a very bad review. The flipkart guys have taken our money and not refunded for the last two weeks. I feel that the big sale was just another way to get quick money without even bothering to refund it to the customer who paid the money too and could not get the product also.
I have been compelled to write this review since my money is stuck with them. I was also fooled by the incessant advertisements about the so called Big day for flipkart and in the evening, I placed an order for SONY BRAVIA LED TV with them which after exchange discount was costing me approx 38000. The moment I paid money and got the confirmation message, the next moment I got a message stating that my order had been cancelled by flipkart itself.
This was harrassing since I had taken a lot of time in selecting the model and reading the reviews of the best models. I had taken all family members’ consensus. Now this was literally a big downshow from flipkart. I paid the money on Oct 06, 2014 and still I have been following up with them for refund and for the last two weeks. they have been doing rounds of email.
Sometimes they state that refund has been initiated and sometimes they email me saying that they are trying to deliver the same product at the same price. I have been fed up of writing to them that please do not create another order. Just refund me the amount but to no avail. Unfortunately I will have to approach consumer forum in case they delay this refund process.
Thumbs down to flipkart and A Big Booo. I am gonna mark flipkart mails as spam once I get my money back. They have wasted our time and money as well by disappointing customers and have spoiled their own image by doing this unmanageable flop show. Pathetic

I had ordered some of the skin care products 6 days back which are still pending as on date. I called them, 2 days after my order was placed with them, to know the status of my shipment and the customer care lady told me to wait for 2 more days as the order will be shipped from Delhi. I waited for two more days and finally when I called them today, they told me to wait for two more days. It has happened with me for the first time. Earlier I never faced such kind of problem with Flipkart. I was so confident about the delivery timeliness of Flipkart. But now, I am a bit disappointed. The whole episode has kept me waiting for products which I could easily get on other online shopping websites but the confidence made me buy from Flipkart. The customer care is not even aware whether I have received my products. I tried to track my shipment on their website which is not updated yet. It shows me the status of my shipment as on 15th of March which is 5 days old. I never expected this kind of lousy service from Flipkart where nobody can help me out with the status of my shipment.
