I had ordered a DELL tab and I paid full payment of Rs.12265/- through credit card. Before placing the order, it was informed by helpline that tab is having calling facility. But while the tab was delivered, to my rude shock, it was made a china product without calling facility. The quality of the product is very poor in all aspects.
Within 6 hours of receipt of product, through mail, I have informed to FLICKPART and also DELL that I am not interested in the product, and want refund of the money and to return the product. Immediately FLICKPART sent a mail that the issue will be resolved by 15-6-2014 and there is no response till now.
In my opinion, FLICK PART & WS RETAIL are cheating the public by supply of cheap china products. Once money has been transferred to their account, they will vanish from the scene. Customers beware of FLIPKART & WS RETAIL.
I am also planning to proceed legally against all the 3 companies. People whoever knows the procedure pls contact me.
