After I purchased the TV from Flipkart, there was supposed to be a free demo and installation after 2 days of delivery. WHICH did not happen at all. After contacting so many times, I’m still getting the same reply as "We are sorry, we still need some time. I even called and made a complaint to Flipkart CST Care and was promised that it will be taken care of which DID NOT HAPPEN.:(
I had to pay and call a third party TV Mechanic to show me the demo and install the TV. as I could not wait for so many days with a TV which was not installed. The guy I had paid, installed the TV and it’s in a good condition and working. I did not expect this from FLIPKART. I am still getting the same auto replies. We are Sorry. We are sorry, we still need time., . THIS IS A HELL of BAD experience after Sales.
