Very poor customer service. They are only concentrating the ordered product not the customer satisfaction. If the product has any issues they does not handle the issues. Also they send most of the damaged products. Customer care service is very worst after the product is received. Never ever buy from Flipkart. They cancel orders without customer consent.
Moreover, no accountability from their customer representative.
