Hello friends,
I purchased two item from flipcart on 2-march-17 and on the same day I have canceled my one order and on 3-mar-17 I also canceled my 2nd order.
now see what happen I have received my payment(second order canceled on 3-mar-17) on 10-mar-17 but now as I logged in my account it is showing that both items refund has been successfully remitted.I tried to contact customer care but they said that its been done from or end now contact your bank.
I mean its pathetic to listen such kind of statement.
there are other things to tell like email updating issue.
all in all very very bad experience.
