One of mine friend bought philips mp3 player from flipkart.com. But when he received the product the voice quality of the player was totally worthless. It was a crab flipkart product. When he called to customer care than they replied that we cannot exchange it. So, just tell me what is wrong with this site. If they have to sell these kabadi things to customers than why should any one relie on them. I suggest every one not to go for it.
