We buy online based on product reviews. But if we buy a product which is substandard from flipkart, we cannot return it since they keep rescheduling pickup till the buyers either gives up or forgets, and there goes the refund despite having a return policy since flipkart ensures return pick never happens. If we call customer care their representatives who sound like bots dont understand our problem then put call on hold and disconnect from their side. Once I had a rep cancelling my return pickup without my consent. If we want to give a negative review, they moderate and dont publish it. Atleast amazon responds after talking to customer care unlike flipkart. And we keep thinking why Indian online business is not giving competition to multinational giants like amazon. Who in their sense will ever buy anything if they sell substandard products and dont accept responsibility and provide genuine redressal.
