Team Flipkart, I had ordered a Huawei Data Card(Complaint No/Incident ID: 141208-119044) in 2014 from Flipkart website but it turned out to a fake/duplicate/counterfeit product as the official website of the manufacturer, i.e., Huawei, refused to extend its warranty. Everytime I tried to register the product on the website, the website flashed the message "Invalid Serial Number". Since then I have been requesting Flipkart to take back its duplicate product and refund my money with overcompensation for this fraudulent act but as usual Flipkart is paying no heed to my complaints and reminders. Flipkart’s customer harassment department has tried every trick in its book to undermine my grievances but I am not going to let them go free so easily until and unless they fully refund my money with an overcompensation of Rs.15, 000 worth of Flipkart vouchers.
