I have ordered one wrist Watch on 31st Jan 2016(Order ID: OD305111080571416000) for gift purpose, after waiting for 8 working days I came to know that order cant be delivered and automatically cancelled. This happened twice now in last 15 days.
I have some questions about delivery?
How can delivery boy comment about non delivery without even contacting on phone number available?
Is it not fair to promise of delivery and keep customer waiting for 8 days and at last cancel the order automatically without even contacting and giving proper reason for cancellation.
Previously 3 items were delivered on same address successfully(they were of high price).
Does they prioritize the items base on the payment amount?
I am very disappointed by Flipkart this time and would not recommend it to any of my friend now.
Flipkart delivery team, one request to you that please dont accept the order if you cant deliver on one address so that customer could not wait indefinitely(Specifically he/she dont miss any special moment due to non delivery) and CAN HAVE OPTION TO ORDER FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE.
