Product IdOD40430009125. Samsung tab. I ordered Samsung tab on Flipkart on 30th April 2014. It’s a one day assurance delivery, but it’s been 3 days no response from fFipkart about the product. They have sent me one delivery person, that no. is off the whole day. My product didn’t get delivered on time.
And if I ask Flipkart customer support means, they replying like a machine, if it’s not delivered today then you will get tomorrow. Don’t I know that?
I ordered the product assurance of one day delivery and Flipkart customer care people are helpless. They simply say cancel the product and get the refund. Almost waiting and cancelling the product. Flipkart hold my 15k money for more than 15 days.
