I ordered a book to be delivered in 10-12 days. I confirmed about the availability of book on phone before placing my order. I was assured twice that the book is available at some other place and they will get it shipped in 10-12 days. As I needed the book, I ordered it from their website.
After 8 days of waiting I got an email that they are not able to complete my order. If they didn’t have the book, why they assured me on phone and informed me after 8 days. Why not within 1-2 days. The site just shattered my hopes. I will never ever order from this website again.
Think twice to order from them. I have been buying online and understand that sometimes, the websites don’t have books in their ready stocks but I usually inquire about the availability of books before ordering them so that I never get disappointed. But flipkart disappointed me even after calling them twice to confirm the availability of ordered book. The service is really useless and disappointing.
