Customer support and return policy have been always a painful area for flip-kart.That is the reason people choose window shopping. My sister bought sandals from flip-kart which is very good model but received wrong size. when she raised a return request but delivery boy refused to take back as no tag on the product. where as there is no tag on the product when she received.Even my friend received wrong product and struggled to get back the original product what he ordered. Flip-kart is not assured online shopping. so please be careful while placing a order.
