Hi I am dr magar I ordered wildkraft bag on 8 dec they assure me to deliver on 18 dec . I called them on 18 dec afternoon so they told me it will delivered in evening today. Now today is 23 dec now they called me to say because of their courier partner fault theyre unable to deliver order so pl place order once again.
When I refuse to do they simply cancel my order and initiate my refund . their service is hopless . If they dont have good delivery system why they are confirming order. I want to gift my son this bag on 25 dec. Now how it is possible.
When I raised issue they just simply apologies and tell to place order again otherwise take your money back. But what about last 15 days, my son is waiting for bag. I am not recommending anyone to shop from flipkart.
