I have had the most annoying experience with Flip kart, recently, I run a R&D company and we bought some laptops from FlipKart, for the price was decent and also they have a 30 day replacement guarantee!
Please read the fine print, this 30 day return guarantee is rubbish!
we bought a Dell Vostro 3546 Notebook(4th Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 1TB/ Win8.1/ 2GB Graph)(3546541TB2G) two weeks ago and ever since we turned it on the machine heats up, we were not running too many applications or anything! but just after a few minutes the machine starts heating up!
This went on for a couple of days so we lodged a complaint with Flipkart, who took their own time to call back, in fact we had to repeatedly call them back, they got us into a conf call with the DELL technician who insisted on making us run this Hardware Diagnostics tool, which came up with nothing! so they conclude that nothing is wrong.NO NO but laptop sis getting heated up inside an A/C room even after 15 mins of normal usage! which they are not able to explain and they are insisting that that laptop is fine!
Now DELL says that there is nothing wrong with the laptop because their diagnostics tool could not catch the bug! and Flip kart instead of arguing for the customer, agrees with DELL tells us sorry we cannot do anything and hangs up! so much for the "THIRTY DAY REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE!" GUYS BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM FLIPKART>THIS THIRTY DAY GUARANTEE DOES NOT WORK! SO WE ARE STUCK WITH THIS DELL LAPTOP NO THANKS TO FLIPKART
