I ordered a shoes from flipcart order id : OD110649043810304010 from flipcart. I was expected to deliver a product on 5th november. At 5th november on tracking of parcel I seen that the parcel is in my area. But for 2 days I didnt get delivery of my parcel. Than I called customer service. The response of the operator was very bad as I am purchasing a product free. Even they did not have the number of my areas delivery boy. She gave me number of wrong areas delivery boy. They also do not have complaint. Id system so we have not.to repeat our problem again and again. It was very bad experience from flipcart.
